Did he know he gave you a panic attack? Were you there in person? Did, afterward, you ever attempt to explain why what he did, and here I must presume it was the eye thing, is a problem?
Of course, in your defense, he gives no fair reason for his treatment of you. And I am tired of this entirely. The way you balk at him, the way he insults you because he does not know you.
