Got a client. Looking for a missing person. Guy apparently likes/frequents coffee shops. Figured since you're in them you could keep an eye out for me. There is a pan of my double-fudge brownies in it if you do. More if you find me info leading to him.

[Within moments of the message's arrival there is a ping with a file upload, titled 'Delta.' It's filled with all the information Florida learned from the client, including their contact information, and attached is a picture of Delta, only a few weeks old, looking petulant over a recent haircut.]

Delta's gone missing? What happened?

Finding missing people isn't usually my style, Florida, but I'll make an exception here. Delta's a short term friend of mine and I definitely don't want him in danger. I'll look out for him.

You know who he is? Interesting. Well, that should make it easier for you to keep an eye out. I've been hired by his older brother to find head or hair.

Idiot tried to punch me when I gave him my standard disclaimer on how I handle returning abuse victims. I didn't say I thought he'd be abused. Just that if he was, here was what I was going to do to him.

The guy needs an attitude adjustment.

At this juncture I do not believe abuse is likely. Opinions to be revised when faced with more information. But yes, I would be forced to conclude that he has run away and will not desire to be found. I will find him anyway.

Well that's a relief at least. Man, I hope he's alright. Wonder why he's run away, that doesn't sound like the sort of thing Delta would do. He's too attached to his family.
